one more thing about Spaces and Essentials that Essentials will appear in any space when you switching spaces, it stay on top of all. Pin tabs otherwise, only belong to that space. Very nice touch when you want to stay organize.

I've been using Zen for the last six months and love how lightweight and resource-efficient it is. The only feature I miss from Chrome is its screen-sharing notification behavior during video calls. A similar privacy-friendly indicator in Zen would be a great addition.
I love your channel Betty, I don't know how but it's like you're reading my mind with all the different things you review and test and compare because they're always things I've also been researching or thinking of buying from desks to chairs to backpacks to which browser, it's bizarre. What's silly is that I could 99% literally do the same with Vivaldi and more (that 1% being the exact layout). I wonder what's the reasoning why the browser nerds in reddit gave Vivaldi a pass.

Great review! I already just use Linux, so the streaming issue is no problem. After only a few minutes with Zen I already love it - and it's only in Beta, imagine how great it will be when it gets to Gamma!!!

3:45 I beg to differ! Most websites don’t take up the entire width of your screen anyway (unless maybe wegen you’re on a 13” laptop). Having your tabs in the side and more vertical real estate is way better for browsing. I’ve been using zen for a while now. It has gotten quite far now. Still some rough edges but overall very nice! I like the workspace feature! As a tab hoarder it allows me to stay organised a lot easier. I just wish it would sync and was a little more seamless. Haven’t really used spit view a lot. neither have I tried many mods. Generally I like the design as is :D
