I honestly feel like those fat prison are hell and never will i enter even with someone paid me thousand of dollar. Loosing weight isnt just about the number in the kilo or size chart but its the numbers in your body such as fat loos and muscule weight. Diet food isnt suppose to only eat vege, you need to eat lots of protein and cut down carbs but not fully off carbs else where you get the enegry from. Non protein diet is only temporary and very unhealthy in the long run. And the end of the day you need to learn to enjoy diet food with proper protein intake, enjoy exercise and most importantly have a healthy mindset so numbers on scale isnt just number for you.

Why can't take coffee or tea? As in like sugar free no milk kind. :22 I don't think it's black glutinous rice? It should be those Thai black berry rice you can find it in NTUC. It's very nice actually. Fresh crunchy Japanese cucumbers are nice!😂

Great job gladys! As someone who weigh over 90kg years ago and managed to maintain at 7x Kg for years till now. I find it more sustainable to eat 60~80% clean rather than 100% clean like yours in the video. It gives me more motivation to continue. I'd rather eat 2x hardboiled egg with a dash of BBQ sauce and apples/whole wheat bread over raw cucumbers and tomatoes tbh.. If cai png, instead of fried and processed stuff, i always try to get whole foods if possible (stir fried lean meat, steamed egg, stir fried veges and tofu. No rice) If you're drinking teh or kopi, i'd always get kopi o tilok kosong, so i can add on low fat milk on my end to make it more flavourful without the sugar from condensed milk or added sugar. Ignore those negative comments. You do you. Everyone's journey is different. Work out for your health and mental health! That's what matters! :D
Ideally, using a round plate as a guideline: 1 quarter serving of a healthy carb option, 1/2 a portion of veggies, 1/4 portion of protein. Alternate day workout between cardio and strength
