…I mean to be fair sometimes it’s a lot quicker to use the limb that is already touching the floor than putting your whole body on the floor and having to get back up Then again I play beach volleyball so me not wanting to get a face full of sand (for either being the one diving to get it up or the other kickers on the team kicking sand into my face while I’m crouching on one knee instead of full diving) is also a very good reason to just become a kicker
