I've watch this bit a lot, and I love it every time. Adding "you gotta wait 9 seasons, that's friendly people time, but that's a little late." is so good. It's a joke that makes the audience connect the joke. Its good if they don't get it, but its great if they do. I think it's also great you still want to make the bit that you got the most recognition for, even better, with more layers. The work of someone that loves the craft. Edit: Apparently people are mad about the last joke, which is asinine to me. If you don't get it it, it's not for you. Dude was welcomed into America by a black family that he lived with. He earned the right and comfortability to make these jokes. It would be far different if he was talking down, but that isn't the case.
