3 things happened after that day: 1. His direct supevisor looks bad because he was outshined by minimum wage employee. Management will eventually fire him. 2. Isiah was not promoted or salary increase just a hand of plause from management with a "chance of career movements" after he got "more experience" by doing more work. 3. Management made example out of him in the big gathering about work with your heart. And expect all employees to do the same as him. Thus, raise the standards for all employees. Welcome to harsh reality of corporation.

And the CO will fire 5 workers and he will work like 5 man for same wage...
I hate scenes showing someone flipping through like 5 peoples jobs in 20 seconds like that happens anywhere.
