As someone who has travel 45-50 weeks a year I can tell you I see a lot of angry and extremely happy people when I travel and I can say I have met a lot of Melvins who make you just feel special that your alive.

I tell my kids to feel their feelings, process but don't stay there too long. There are too many other wonderful things happening to stay miserable. Someone once told me never to let anyone steal my joy!
