Yea in this situation, the bmw is not the only one responsible… The biker, changing lanes like this, this close to the car in front of him, that is also called reckless driving, the biker could’ve died.

Its really rare to see people recognize their own faults and respect each other

If you're weaving in and out of traffic as a biker between lanes your the reckless driver
