Listen to this stupid officer.. pulling over and getting off the bike makes him or officers believe they are going to run from the police.. no stupid, their staying on the bike makes it more likely they will run.. bikes run from the cops far more then anyone who has pulled over and gotten off their bike.. I could sit on the bike, wait for you to get real close and then floor it and I would be gone before you even got back to your vehicle to think about chasing.. getting off the bike is far better then having them stay on the bike.. because even if they decided to run on foot, you got their bike.. which is far more expensive then any ticket you could possible write them.. And you are a sergeant and you have not figured this out yet?
