That's actually what happened on my first play through. I found it while literally sweeping out every nook and cranny of Enir ilim, but, my build was int/str, which is like, the exact opposite of what this weapon is.

I found it by pure chance, i accidentally dropped down to the ledge then just went with the flow from there🥀

Yeah, it was really cool finding that out, especially since you can kinda see the golden light inside the tower from one of the buildings in the sewer. I spent a good while trying to get there, but I was a few hours too early 😂
