A ton of people just say SGA flops - if you actually comb through his fouls, there aren't as many "flops" as you would believe thanks to idiot NBA fans not watching full games and just scrolling through twitter. Meanwhile, SGA continues to score at a solid rate and from the field. Shai's unorthodox style frustrates defenders and they get extremely physical with them. Kobe and MJ were regular foul baiters, everybody was ok with that. You want the game to become more physical, but when a player takes advantage of that, it's an issue? That dosen't make sense. SGA's unique driving angles and patterns make defenders have to switch their feet and hips multiple times, and they end up bumping into him. Shai takes advantage of that and gets fouled. He's manipulating defenders, and uses early pickup points to draw contact. His 6’11 wingspan lets him extend to the rim even when he is bumped. The A to C pace pisses off defenders and he capitalizes. Combine that with his elite shotmaking and improved passing process + above average defense and you have the MVP. On top of that, SGA has insane reflexes and abnormal space recognition when he gets touched, letting him either counter or just go up vs the extremely physical defense he’s facing. Let's add that every defender is handfighting with shai, constantly grabbing and pulling his arms and using illegal contact to gain leverage on his drives: defenders are scared of shai blowing by them, and they use subtle holds. This series, castle is mauling SGA physically right now and people are somehow complaining. Shai is using that to his advantage. He ranks 10th in FT attempts per FG attempt this year. (He’s never led the league in that rate, or FTA per game.) His team is below the league norm in all measures of FTA rate -- per game, per shot, per possession. SGA had a whopping 32% of his team’s FTA, the 2nd-biggest share. Seems like SGA has a high FTA rate simply because: -- He takes the 9th-biggest share of his team’s FGA. -- A big share of his FGA are 2-pointers, over 77% -- 12th-highest among qualifiers. -- 4th-highest usage rate among qualifiers.
Castle tried passing to spurs extra teammates tonight 😂😂

The NBA hired best referee ever, what a shame in the organization🤣🤣🤣they are the Gods on the court they will decide who will win the game!!!
Can you make a flop or missed call version of this game? 🤩
2:02 😂
SGA is a laughingstock of an MVP, shrinking right in front of our eyes, averaging this series: - PPG: 26.2 - APG: 9.8 - RPG: 3.0 - TOPG: 3.4 - SPG: 2.0 - BPG: 1.0 on - FG%: 39.2% (38/97) - 3PT%: 26.7% (4/15) - FT%: 96.1% (49/51) - FTA: 10.2 per game - 37.4% of his total points have come from the free-throw line (49 of 131 points).
As long as missed calls and non calls "can't" be challenged, the challenge systems in the NBA and NFL will remain flawed.
Boring. All Flop throws.
