It's funny that Cory said the nurses are giving him Harley Quinn vibes when the nurses are voiced by Tara Strong who also did the voice for Harley Quinn in Batman The Animated Series.
Tara Strong actually voices the nurses, who also voices Harley in the arkham games. I knew her voice sounded familiar.
The reason the nurse on the phone was giving you Harley Quinn vibes was probably because she was voiced by Tara Strong, who voiced Harley Quinn in multiple renditions of the character. Along with some versions of Batgirl and Raven (She also voiced Timmy Turner, Bubbles from power puff girls, twilight sparkle, etc. Look she's the voice of our childhoods)

Fun fact: The reaper nurses were voiced by Tara Strong which is why they sound like Harley Quin. Also they only attack men because the reaper nurses are women who were abused by men so they hate men. You can find a note that from one of the victims before Doug Houser that says they just let her explore and stuff. (Also yes Tara Strong also voices Twilight Sparkle from mlp)
