im an aspiring game dev and i can tell you that the ads are loading with 0 connectivity because mobile devs figured out people turn off connection so it downloads some ads ahead of time with the game. so youre correct, they are essentially baked into the game

As a person who has played Scary Ana, the "I don't like the way her skin peeled off :(" review probably i talking about the fact that when you give Ana the poison vial for 999 coins in the store, she literally dies, she explodes and it makes the screen red with text that says "You killed Ana" or something like that, and when you go back into the game she is red, hence having no skin.

Pilgrims loved the horror genre, they just combined it with religion and did all sorts of gory, horrific stories about hell and demons.
