Here’s the thing, all the “where is Cory?” Really translated to “is Cory okay?” For most of us. My older teens and I have watched since they were in elementary so when you dropped MWM trailer we were hyped! Like omg Cory is back! My daughter cried tears of joy, my son and I jumped and hollered in excitement. We watched your trailer together when they got home from school, I purchased the first volume within the first minutes of your next video, and I’m certain we will be discussing this gameplay. We are invested, for all the ups and downs, wherever your channel takes us. Thank you for bringing us together, love you Cory!

DONT apologize for doing something you really wanted to do there is no need for you to be sorry. We, the true samurai should understand that the time you're gone was spent to make that amazing manga. It was so beautiful and I'm so grateful that you brought such a beautiful piece of art to the table. Don't listen to the haters (I have read all the replies to my comment and made a list to the ones I thought I should reply to I know my word Isent god or nothing but hear me out 1- I will stand on this Cory dose not need to apologize yes I know how the fans feel when he disappears for a while he has a life of his own to live having 26 million people give or take can add a lot of weight to someone's shoulders, mental health and possibly even physical health trying to live up to the expectations of so many people 2- Cory dose not need to tell people he is going on a break if he wants to have alone time or time to do something a little different with his life it's completely up to him and he doesn't owe any of his fans anything other than maybe what he was doing so we have an idea of where he has been witch he did 3 - to anyone that says "haters?" Every single person has someone who hates them and if u find the comment I will quote "made a post on my page about Cory is a terrible person" end quote no matter what you think everyone has haters not just the people who have a "critical" opinion about someone 4- yes I understand it's not a manga but that's what it's meant to be just because it's not made by specific people doesn't mean it's not in that category of that specific thing 5- anyone who says this is a cash grab Cory said himself he doesn't do anything for money he made this beautiful manga for the fans and has said multiple times he could live the rest of his life without the worry of money look up is net worth he is not lieing 6- yes I understand promoting something as soon as he gets back can be upsetting to people but what if you worked really hard on something for a whole year would u be able to just not share something you poured your dedication and hard work into shared with the other amazing people that made it possible? Like I said I understand but I see where Cory is coming from I would be proud to share something that I worked so hard on with the people that made it possible that's really it he did it purely for his fans enjoyment that's all I wanted to reply to so take my words into consideration and have a wonderful day to whomever reads this far!)

i feel bad that some fans got cory out here apologising every time he comes back and assuming he does it for money... i dont know cory personally, but hes definitely not the type of guy to do this, regardless i was really happy when i saw his comeback video and i was really happy learning the reason as of why he was gone, because hes investing into something that is like his dream. and even if he was gone off youtube just to take a break, i would still have been just as happy seeing him come back. while he was gone i found other youtubers to watch and still thought about him and hoped for his comeback. lets not forget hes also a real human being and his whole life doesnt revolve around being a youtuber and if he wants to invest into something else as well, then so be it. i love this man and im so glad to have him back

I can't obviously speak for 20 million other people, but I am for sure proud of you Cory. I've been with you since the early college days. You've, unknowingly, been with me through all of my best moments (so far) and rock bottom. Watching your videos, watching you grow and change into this awesome person you are today has been truly a blessing. I swear to God, Spooky Scary Sundays have saved my life. I appreciate your candidness in the beginning of your video. As a community, we've always agreed that you should take as much time as you need from YouTube. I'm proud to see that you definitely used your time away wisely. Monsters We Make can easily become a hit success. I read the first volume at least 3 times already and picked up on LOTS of Easter eggs. The rest of this video just felt so nostalgic to the good days but also felt like a brand new chapter for you. The timing of your return is a gift for the holidays. But I truly feel like next year will be a year of leveling up. For everyone. I'm sure you probably won't see this, let alone read all of it, but thank you for being here Cory. And welcome back.

i love the foreshadowing in bad parenting omg The dolls neck being loose from when his “master” made a mistake making him representing ron’s broken neck from when his father choked him mr red face being the father. bruce is an alcoholic and when drinking it makes ur face flushed red. and the dead kids representing how they died. One being burned alive, another being buried alive and the last being put in a trunk (a kidnapping maybe?) The fact that the door in the beginning opens 14 times, foreshadowing the 2 weeks it took for ron’s mother to find his body because she only ever sees him at night, assuming that bruce takes care of him while she’s gone. guh i luv this game
