The difference is that the US is capitalistic and India is socialist trying to become capitalist. So its useless to compare countries. We can try to compare our countries but its pointless till we solve education and gdp per capita on a large scale first, increase our exports exponentially.

Thats a BS statement. Its much harder to break laws in the US compared to India. Here people would have came to protest, there people will sue the company to ground. It was possible because of capital and not regulations.
