Congratulations with the documentary. The pictures looks great! I have a gear question for you if you don't mind: I am currently using the Sony A7IV with the 200-600mm for video, but I would really want 8k 60 so that I have more flexibility in post. I am seriously considering moving over to Nikon and buy a Z8 with the Nikkor Z 180-600mm f/5,6-6,3 as it does not look like Sony will give us 8k 60 anytime soon. I know I will the struggle with no builtin ND like you have on the FX-6, but during golden hour I don't find it to be too much of a struggle, as closing the aperture is a reasonable way to work around it. I think it is also nice to have a variety of background focus. Do you think I am way off here?
Very well done Alan!
Man Alan, this was incredible! Just fantastic work. Absolutely loved it!
As always this video is insanely good. Im counting down the days till I go to Romania, hoping to see lots of the European version of your animals there. Going to be really fun. I did love the little mouse running across the snow and seeing those wolves must of been incredible
Excellent work. Admire all that went into creating this. I got invested into the story of the lone grey wolf 🐺
Another great video. I have been to Yellowstone many times but never in the winter. I think the deer mouse trying to get those seeds was the showstopper. To many people only look and the big, impressive animals and overlook the smaller ones. Safe travels.
Finally a new doc thats not AI slop!!! Thanks for the hard work and dedication. Beautiful film!
Lovely video Alan. For me, definitely the deer mouse. Nice to see one of the lesser filmed animals of the park. And that footage is 10/10.
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 you the man!! 👏💪🙌
Amazing as always!!!!! ❤❤❤❤❤❤ I was excited and engaged the whole time. 👏👏👏👏
Lovely footage and film Alan!
Video sharing perfect
That was pretty cool. I’d love to go there someday.
Great job Alan! We thoroughly enjoyed it!
So many beautiful shots
That opening shot of the rodent climbing the grass is wild
Great video Alan! Have to say the deer mouse was adorable!
Watching the seasons shift in Yellowstone never gets old. 🏔 I have to admit, that little deer mouse at 15:30 might be the real star of the show for me! Which animal’s story resonated with you the most today? The Wolves, the Grizzlies, or our tiny friend in the snow?
Beautiful documentary!!
I love the little mouse!!! So cute!!
