Screw the throw (which was great) but how he trapped the ball while sliding was absolutely outstanding!! What a play, put it up there with the best of them.

Here's what I find incredible. The human mind can make that calculation with PERFECTION, and instruct your body to make that throw in less than 3/10ths of a second with the exact power and precision needed using a ball that, when thrown, has seams that make it curve through the air. You wanna talk about taking things for granted. We see people do these things, day in, day out and never once consider how incredible it truly is.

With THAT much arc on the throw AND missing the cut-off man, that dude running from 1st to 3rd must have had a freaking piano on his back or been having a stroke to NOT beat that out...

Throwing a rainbow is not a great throw. You could 2 hop it there faster and allow a cut-off if the hitter tries for second.
