I don’t know if it’s a good idea to travel around Japan in Car. For travel within the city use metro etc ( I understand there are senior citizens) but at least for intercity travel bullet trains are best !!

You should have bring Dehydrated food for your mom from Mumbai itna travel ke baad bhi nhi pata toh kya bole for good sake please bring Veg Dehydrated food for Parents specially in countries like Japan where there are limited veg restaurants and in mumbai everywhere you get all kinds of dehydrated food especially good for children's too 🩷
