What's crazy about Dino is he gets shredded by poke comps and EVERY season everyone always complained that poke was too strong and now all of a sudden no one wants to play poke to counter the Dino 😂

I have 140 hours with Angela , Dino made her worse but you don’t see him as much. What really kills her is that ever since season 7 her hit reg has gotten 100x worse . You’ll dash right through people or they fall off your spear . It’s infuriating

They did it guys, they finaly nerfed a character away from the top tier list. And ofcourse without question the role who got punished was the tank role. Cause we need more excuses for people to not queue up as tank in our games.

Dps is genuinely the most unbalanced category to the point I halfway think a majority of the dev team must be dps players

The Dino bias is so obvious in the community, people don’t like tank so now that there’s a super strong one everyone cries, meanwhile the broken dps are mostly untouched but they don’t mind because they like playing those ones

Imo biggest problem with Dino is the grab on tanks, the same issue with Prime Emma. Everything else in his kit feels fine aside from maybe having too long of a shield duration, but the grab is what makes him really annoying in a lot of tank players' eyes so maybe it can be altered in some way when interacting with that role, especially since you can get bodied by other CCs right after the grab which takes away so much agency. But yeah he is incredibly manageable otherwise with a big vulnerability built into him in the form of his size, and there are a surprising amount of counters to him compared to the likes of Elsa and Black Cat. I really do not want him to turn niche since a T-Rex feeling weak would just feel plain wrong.

People do not have the patience to learn how to counter a character. Obviously Dino is strong but if you keep your distance and get those consistent headshots (which is easy with his giant noggin) you can wipe him out quickly (I say this as someone who plays a lot of dino in qp and is otherwise a support main)
