It's the GTR FE for the 1/4 mile, and the Toyota AE86 FE for the other 2 dragstrips. It destroys the GTR in the top end. The MX-5 FE is equal in pace to the GTR FE at the 1/2 mile and Festival since it pulls in the top end, and the Wuling Sunshine FE is not far behind them.

Fun fact: they made manual w/ clutch semi-obsolete with a rework of race transmissions. Starting with FH6c, Race transmissions are now proper sequential transmissions, making them instant when shifting, including with manual w/ clutch. If you use this with a race transmission, it does not penalize you when shifting without the clutch
The demon isnt nerfed in forza compared to real life. To post the demons best listed time you have to set it up for drag by shifting to high octane putting on the skinnier front tires and removing the passenger seat, which isnt something they built into forza, it just drives around in its regular configuration which is pretty accurate to what we see in game.
