If you’re going into autocross/events that have tight corners, you should also consider using a brake proportioning valve to make the rear slide out a little bit depending on how much you set the bias towards since auto manufacturers set the bias towards the front.

Lemme put this out there. Before any mods, better tires get you much better results for the money. Probably one of the best first mods

For a street build a "better" break doesn't really matters because the bottleneck is on the tyres, otherwise abs wouldn't exist. Better breaks only reduces the break fading, getting some semi slicks or bigger tyres will get you better breaking distances

Also brake hoses and maybe changing the master cylinder. That also includes sway and body roll as well, Need stiff setup and poly bushings tires etc. wheel size matters too, cant be cornering hard on low profiles
