the Venturi affect when the fuel gets atomized and crossed the plenum it drops temp drastically which leads to better combustion and more power. I think

That's because carbs are self metering, the more the engine demands the more the carb gives . As long as the carb is big enough.

it's really nice to see some 'old school street cars' rolling thru SME. 1st muscle car I bought at age 16 had worn, i mean worn, steel belted radials. Yep, did some spark outs with those tires.
