Nah I'd say the interior is a downgrade.
Much prefer the old interior.
So why not just provide optional diff lock and 4L similar to B5?

Credit where it is due, they listened to the customers, made the changes and got it out to market very fast. That is impressive. I still love my Raptor though 😊

I saw one today driving on hwy 130 in texas with Mexican license plates amazing pickup truck .
The way they butchered the interior switching gear and steering wheel is brutal.

I liked the gear shifter and buttons on the first Shark, and moving the indicator to the left hand side will be something to get used to
40,000km done in my shark and I'm loving it. Its good to see the crawl mode and hopefully it comes through soon. I won't upgrade but would get the 2.0L if i was buying one now. I'm not a fan of the interior updates though.
I don't like that gear lever on a steering, they should have kept it in the center console. It looks decent and jus perfect in my opinion. BYD is the Future and to be honest this bakkie is good.
Best UTE out of China after this legendary Shark 6 would be the Cherry Diesel Phev , I think if it comes , it'll only be China vs China game because no other brand can provide UTEs at such price point.

old interior was nicer...:( and that fake lather ?
I was excited for this until the steering shifter and a indicator on the wrong side that doubles as a wiper, that means old shark for me
pisses me off, that in the States we are forced to buy from just a few car companies and we can't get vehicles such as BYD, cause are car companies can't compete so intead of letting them in to force competetion and cheaper prices ours keep getting more expensive with less options, they force bullshit regs on us.
