It looks great! But I think it’ll crack again. It’ll be too late this time around with the paint and JB applied, but when you have cracked plastics like this, use a plastic staple welder in the back side before applying the JB weld and stitch across the crack to add supports. You can then use window screen and abs cement across the crack and weld to add support. Once that’s done, do your JB weld and the rest of your process

The things that i learned spray painting my honda. 1. With 2k clear you need to lay 3 light coats, and the last needs to be medium heavy so it makes one layer. 2. When you want to paint the whole part /car, whatever, remember that you need to sand down the whole spray painted part, because the normal paint will make the spray paint peel off and shrink.
