Had same happen to me. If you go through hell and back with the company you got it from. They’ll give you full refund and let you keep the bike. Happens all the time.

Definitely shouldn’t have accept it like that. You’re basically accepting that is in good condition at the point of delivery if there is any true damage!

Respect to the drivers. Ive been a delivery driver, and having to give that news always sucks and lots of people arent chill about it and blame you. So as lame as this is, i salute good hard workers who didnt try to be shady or anything but be professional.

Yea, as a FedEx and Amazon worker. Thats 1000% the warehouse or before. We just load our trucks and we don’t get time to ask questions about ts sadly. That’s the warehouses job
