I saw this video on fb a couple days ago and when I seen you use the mayo it gave me and idea for my Boston but I was preparing. I mixed my seasonings in with mayo and spread it on the butt then coated again in seasoning. BROTHER DELI SHOES! It came out with the most beautiful bark!
