9:36 "making her feel like she didn't belong," by asking about a costume change, a regular term for people who act, at the Oscar's after show party. A show almost solely dedicated to acting achievements. Also, Tiffany did indeed change her dress before the after-party. So it was a "costume-change" as it has been defined for a very long time. This interviewer isn't being disrespectful. This interviewer is being too inside-baseball, and it went right over Tiffany's head. The qualifier of "little" in the statement is probably used to juxtapose the reality of how drastic of a change the dress was (went from dark forest green to two-tone light green. They were also separate materials).
