It got overlooked, but the greatest advice on life and longevity was shared by the woman turned 110. When asked by the news reporter if she has a secret to a long life the woman replied, “I don’t fight it, I live it.” Stop and think about that for a moment. If you are not constantly at odds with yourself and others, worrying about this or that and not worrying or jubilating on what a score tells you what you are - think credit score. If you just live it for what it is, don’t allow others to define you or tell you what you should enjoy and when then perhaps that mindset leads to a longer life. The comment is fleeting, but I have been giving more thought than it initially seems like it deserves and I suggest everyone else to do so, as well.
