As a 20 year old, if you're a teenager, please have a routine like this, I can't go back in time but I can tell you will get rid of a bunch of problems in the future doing life this way :) healthy life happy life, go out, laugh with your friends, make some others, eat yummy food, chill a bit, read and ofc get super lean

I've recently picked up weight lifting since I'm on the football team for my school. Currently on the road to being built like Toji from JJK.
