Honestly, getting any kid to snuggle up to you for an extended period of time, calm and awake, is always a major victory. I'd react like the guy 😂 (It's like the cat lap nap rule. If a cat chooses to nap on your lap, you don't _ever_ move.)

My husband was like that. He had a happiest time with my son and I never had any regret that it happened that way until the end. He died on my son’s arms that my son really treasures.
