A quick tip for color setting: I switched to 10 bpc, but had horribly toned colors. Going to "display settings -> color profile -> disabling automatically manage color for apps" fixed this for me, to note while in 8 bpc this setting was already off but turned on automatically in 10 bpc.

Finally some answers i needed for my old rtx card 😅
I would recommend not changing the "Output Color Depth" settings. It will lock your GPU's vram into a high-performance state when 10 bpc is selected and your gpu fans will never turn off if they support passive cooling while idle.
Another fun side effect of using G-Sync in Windowed/Fullscreen mode, VRR flicker in desktop apps.
