Can’t believe that in a subscription era we get a proper product that puts customers’ wallet second
Just bought one looking forward to trying it 😁
I would like a nudge or something for each Km I complete. I need a little feedback while I run.
For how small it is, they should make a version with GPS built in!!!
Great Video, lots of good information. Looking forward to see a new Strap from Amazfit, not a Fitbit fan.
Another excellent review, Des! You are definitely my go to tech reviewer… can you do a compare or rather would it make sense to complement an apple watch with this fit bit? I love apple watch for the smart features but hate the lack of depth on data analysis…I also would love to be able to go watch off at home and sleep without losing the data..i tried the whoop a few yrs ago and hated it..its not for normal ppl with daily lives 😂
You can turn up the vibration
Great vid! Honest question: I own a Fitbit Inspire 3. If the Air has the same or a similar heart-rate sensor as the Inspire 3, why would I buy the Air? It seems like just a screenless version of the Inspire 3, with the same battery life too. The app is also the same and already provides me with everything you showed in the video.
Been waiting for this 🤞 there’s something super calming about your videos. You helped me decide to get my first Garmin, and then helped me figure out which Apple Watch. This is such a great device for anyone who wants a fitness device.
Yes to everything - but can it be part of the Apple eco system of rings etc. please? This would be amazing for days where I would like to wear a mechanical watch and not my Apple Watch
I've been wearing mine now for 2 days and it's very accurate. I'm a gardener and when I drive a garden tractor my Garmin used to think that I was still walking and give me steps whereas this doesn't give me steps which I think is fantastic. Also the AI part of it works beautifully I told it the first day that I was a professional gardener and I worked 8 hours a day the following day it had logged me in as working as a gardener automatically. The sleep tracking seems to be very accurate and I'm happy with my purchase
Well done and informational video. To all the companies, people shouldn't be paying to be their Alpha testers. Companies need to start having the "bugs" worked out prior to releasing the product.
One thing to always remember about Google and physical products: the Fitbit Air will be EOLed in 4 or 5 years without a replacement product. It's pretty much guaranteed since it's Google.
you can change vibration intensity between High vs Low 👍
why nobody is comparing it with helio strap
Please just give us the option to get selected text and call vibration notifications. I cannot wait to completely ditch my smart watch whilst also not worrying about missing alerts for emergencies
just got my pickup notification for tomorrow
I would love to see how this and other devices work together like building a non brand specific eco-system. I have a Garmin,, Oura and lots of health related connected devices like Peloton, Hydrow and Withings but they really do not play together well in terms of data sharing and analysis.
This is undoubtedly the best Fitbit Air review. Cheers!
So a Fitbit Charge 6 without a screen...
