Hey Keegan. Will you please cover the ORES situation in upstate NY? About out of country solar companies being granted land rights by the state on ridiculously highly protected grasslands? They are superceding about 13 land protections granted by the DEC without any due process. Its a major historical moment for ny and is getting no coverage

I think the electric cruze will shut off the heat signature on a missle launch. I like it.

Dump the exhaust from the recip engine into the ducted fans and you get both extremely low IR and acoustic signatures. Clever.

Hobby Lobby cost: $340.00 each, DARPA cost $4.8 million per unit.

Scaled Composites is the company founded by Burt Rutan, perhaps the most innovative aircraft designer in modern times.

These aircraft look like they do because form follows function. That is the best form of an item would be discovered on multiple planets because that form fulfills the function of the item the best. Of course, this is also influenced by the materials we can build something with. Obviously, if we have a super strong substance, we can make something much less thick that can hold up the same as something that is thicker made with a less durable substance. As an example: If the aliens have access to super strong, super thin cables, then their cables will be much thinner but tougher than ours.

This form factor of airframe has been around for going on 100 years. It's impressive but it's very far from "alien tech."
