To all my fellow tenno. While the influx of baby tenno is exciting why it's happening is not. The way i see it they relays are currently being filled by refugee's and we need to help them rebuild their homes. I've signed the petition and will be logging on on June 9th and hope you do too. Kinda crazy how we never got Wrath of the Machine. I understand that they wanted to get away from SIVA entirely, but it could've been phrased as "re-living a past adventure" instead of bringing back a reimagined activity. A large portion of the community regard it as the best raid from D1, and to have everything except that return is heartbreaking.

Destiny 2's end of service finally hit me when I was putting out a message to my clan to thank them for gaming with me all these years. I'll be jumping in on June 9th, dumping an annual expansion's worth of Silver on the Eververse store and grinding like it's not going to be the last time. I'm not hopeful for any future announcements, but if I've learned anything from this series, it's that Guardians make their own fate
I would actually really like some big Destiny restrospectives. I would actually love for someone to make a build for every exotic armor for every class.
I really hope with this update, we at least feel some amount of love being put into it.

When they said update is postponed until June I told the guys I play with I’m fully expecting that’s going to be it. Wish my feeling wasn’t true. What’s crazy is I’m older (56) watching so many in the comments who literally grew up with this game. Including many content creators like TV, Aztecross, Datto, Frost bolt, Sir D, all grow up and become adults and parents over the years.
I'm definitely going to hop back on for a final ride. I quit a bit over a year ago, but literally the week before this announcement I started chatting more in my clans discord and we all began to feel more nostalgic about the game and decided that once I move to a spot and get better internet, I will be redownloading just so we could do a couple casual raids. Then this news hit, and it doubled down that desire. Thanks for all the content you've put out over the years, and looking forward to more years to come.
I spent all of my 20’s playing Destiny. It’s been a weird sort of constant for me no matter what I’ve been going through. This year I became a dad, and now D2 is ended and it feels like a whole chapter of my life is closed. Going to miss it for sure.

I don't know what I wanted. But this is not how I wanted Destiny to end. I feel like I have a whole world's worth of knowledge in my head, and nothing to do with it now. In a year, nobody will have an opinion on Slideshot vs Tap The Trigger. I feel slightly crazy
Fallout, I found you along with Aztecross, Frostbolt, Datto and many others back during the pandemic in 2020. I had been playing Destiny for years but never explored the deeper experience through the online community until then. You have since been one of my absolute favorite creators, hands down. Your guides are wonderfully put together. Your fun vids are always entertaining. But most valuable to me, you have such heart. Your character and demeanor are so grounded and human. I love that you don't shy away from sentimentality. You're dedicated and thoughtful and the existence of D2 or not doe nothing to change that. I'll be here going forward regardless, as will many others. Thank you, dude. It's been quite a journey, and thankfully, the journey continues.
