People have short memories. They have been saying "next year Chelsea, Utd, Spurs, will all be better" and they never are. For 5 years now these three clubs have been a joke. None of them challenged Arsenal this season and none of them will challenge them next season. What are the foundational changes those clubs are supoosed to have made? Hiring a new manager? They do that twice a season.
