some tasty looking individuals in those top picks.. Although I'm surprised to see the Aussies using this "uni draft" system, the same way the yanks do.. is the purpose of the draft to keep things fair, to prevent the richest clubs signing the best talent every single year?
Interestingly the West Australia state side defeated South Australia earlier this year and yet not one WA player was selected in the draft but several SA players were. !
