Before this moment, Arkansas State Police say troopers tried to pull over 23-year-old Thalia Jones after spotting her speeding nearly 80 mph in a 55 zone near Joiner, Arkansas. Instead of stopping, investigators say Jones took off, leading police on a chase through rural roads while allegedly driving into oncoming traffic. Troopers eventually used a PIT maneuver to stop the Dodge Charger, causing it to crash and flip into a field. Moments later, officers realized a 3-year-old child was inside the car when he climbed out of the wreckage and ran toward troopers. Authorities said the child survived without serious injuries.
