Some of the timeline for changes is incorrect, but otherwise a good review. I have 5 bikes: Steel frame, aluminum frame, and carbon frame types. Three are road bikes, one a touring bike, and one a folder. All of them have cyclometers to record speed and mileage. they tell me that I've ridden over 52,000 miles. Many flats during the course of that time, most fixed within 15 minutes because I carried spare tubes and CO2 inflators with me. I can't ride anymore because I had two TIAs and lost consciousness while riding, and I'm 82 YO and all gimped up. I'm always envious when I see someone on a bike now.
