Here are 5 Steam hidden gems that are perfect for when nothing sounds fun and you just want something easy to jump into. I’ve been thinking about “re-entry games” a lot lately, basically games that get you playing again without a ton of setup, homework, or commitment. These are cheap, arcade-y, session-friendly games that get to the point fast. Thanks for watching. 00:00 Parking Garage Rally Circuit 01:23 Toree Saturn 02:32 Kaze and the Wild Masks 03:40 Garlic 05:09 Cyber Hook 06:42 Re-entry Games https://youtu.be/-dU7bTQ4wfM Patreon: https://patreon.com/bbkdragoon Check out my MTB channel: @bbkmtb

I would suggest White Knuckle... I think it fits in well, with this group. It's one of those "Just one more run" games. Also, I've not played Kaze, but it looks a lot like Tiny Thor, and that's a simple, fun, classic side-scroller.
All of the Toree games are fantastic. Toree Saturn being my favorite as well. Only about an hour to "beat" but endlessly fun to replay. And the price is criminally cheap.
Garlic is amazingly underrated
shout out to another cyber hook sicko like me
I loved Garlic when I was playing it, but I had to take a break when I got near the end because of work and when I went back the game felt nearly impossible. Kinda showed me just how important difficulty ramp up is because once I lost the instincts the game built into me I could not get them back. I'll have to go back one day and replay the game eventually to actually beat it lol.
Parking Garage Rally Circuit just released a DLC a couple weeks ago that doubles the amount of tracks in the game!
Love how you just get strait into it.
Loving the platformer representation. To throw my hat in the ring, Freedom Planet is a great Sonic-like 2D platformer, high skill ceiling, multiple playable characters (thus movesets). Super fun.
Such a huge fan of P. Garage Rally... As much as I hated ska music growing up, I've finally understood its purpose in the world. To heighten this stupid game's absurdity to even higher heights. And now, with the new euro tracks DLC, It's got even beefier offerings for mere pocket change. ❤
Please I need more more more
Cyber Hook is so good! I just played it back in February! What's insane is you can continually build up speed by using the time slowdown to turn on a dime. You don't lose any speed and you'll continue to accelerate. I had a blast in my 4 hours playing it, good pick! Parking Garage and Kaze look really good, too!
I'll have to check some of these out, thanks! A game I feel like is fun, with some challenge and kind of simple gameplay is a 2d platformer called N++ it's from a series called N that started as a flash game in the mid 2000s and they made a console and pc sequel with new levels and enemies. You're a ninja and your objective is to get a switch and get to the door while ether avoiding enemies doing platforming and getting to that door. It's highscore game too with leaderboards and has local multiplayer and co op dedicated levels. Played it for years and it's still fun!
Thank you for these videos. In the wild rush of life I’ve been enjoying your content on my commutes to and from work to just chill and listen to you guys chat!
I'd like to add my own suggestion to this list and recommend Grip combat racing. The best way I can describe it is if that mega race scene from spy kids 3 was an actual game, and a really good one at that. It looks great, the controls are satisfying, really fun track design, and every vehicle can drive upside down as well as upright, you can drive on walls and ceilings, too. Super fun time if you're a fan of star wars, F-zero, really any other fast paced sci-fi racer. I highly recommend it.
These look great. I'd also recommend Vital Shell, a great little mecha VS-like; Brush Burial, a odd indie immersive sim; Project Silverfish, a stalker-esque survival fps; and SULFUR.
I love this kind of recommendations specially for handheld gaming
I've been replaying the Backyard Sports games lately in anticipation of the new game releasing in 2 months. So simple yet SO FUN!
I played all of these except for Garlic. Looks great!
I played the demo for Toree Saturn on the Switch, and it was honestly really fun just playing the same level over and over again. I probably should pick up the full game. 😂
