Midnight suns such an underrated and amazing game that deserves a play
Shout out to a game my friend worked on: Deck of Haunts It's a bit of Dungeon Keeper meets Monster House, where you are the evil house trying to kill the invading people, by setting up trap rooms and other fun stuff.
Cobalt Core is worth every penny

Gordian quest was so good that I finished the game a 2nd time with different party combination
I think it's a crime that Vault of the Void isn't mentioned more. I would argue it's the most underrated deck builder out there. I'll admit it's harder to learn, but once you do I think it's better than STS 1 and Monster Train 1 (have yet to play both sequels).
These games are truly PERFECTION in the genre: - Griftlands, Knock on Coffin Lid, Slay the spire, Inscryption. Too perfect even. With that said, Cobalt core was decent enough, just lacked the longevity of the genre, and I still have to play StarVaders which I expect will be a great surprise. :)

So cool to see, how this genre has evolved and diversified over time. Deckbuilders are also great on mobile and often easy to play, when you can only play shorter sessions in between other stuff. Would have added Stacklands to the list, though it's more like a card based city builder ^^
I would add Across the Obelisk, Wildfrost, Vault of the Void, Neoverse and Ring of Pain that are very good but also Fight in Tight Spaces, Nitro Kid and Trials of Fire that are a mix between Deck-building and tactical.
I bought star vaders not on sale to get with cursed words.
Gordian Quest starts a little slow but slaps on layer after layer of interest until it grows into something really enjoyable. For a sale price under $10, it's such a steal. I did not expect it to be as good as it turned out. Marvel's Midnight Suns looks intriguing but is chained with Denuvo DRM. No thanks! Great list though!
