I think my favorite thing about this movie is the fact that the beekeepers are so malicious about collecting the honey like as if they’re part of a mafia or something and beekeeping is some criminal organization, as far as I know, beekeepers become beekeepers because they like bees, not because they like oppressing bugs, so it’s just the most hilarious detail. Edit: MOM I'M FAMOUS IT HAPPENED TO ME!

The only bee joke in this movie that I actually like also happens to be the one the movie doesn’t point out: all the male bees have buzz cuts and all the female bees have beehive-like hairdos.
I have awaited for High Boi to summarize this for so long. Normally High Boi confuses the movie's plot...but Bee Movie itself confuses us, so High Boi is literally *simplifying* the movie for us
The fact that this movie gaslighted us into thinking Ken was the bad guy
I always feel for Ken. He is egocentric, but I understand his struggle. The only dude in that whole movie realizing the audacity of the situation, and he pays with everything, because everyone is making him the crazy one. Imagine!
I'm honestly surprised he didnt point out the fact that bees arent the only pollinators so them going on a vacation couldn't have done that considering a good chunk of the flying bug population and even some birds spread pollen from plant to plant.

If you’re wondering how bees can fly, it only works because of air density at different sizes. The air at that level of smoll is somewhat Iike water or honey, which is why the bees wings paddle not flap. Also, fun fact: if a bee was the same size as a plane, it would zoom faster than the speed of sound, then promptly splat on the ground because, once again, differing air densities.
watching this as a beekeeper just makes it so much more funny, like beekeepers are purposely being evil to steal bees’ honey or something lol. and the smoke’s purpose is to calm the bees down while the keeper is inspecting them and is totally safe
As a kid, I used to watch this movie so much that I memorized the script and would just watch the movie to say everyone’s lines. My favorite was the lawyer’s rant about how bees were monsters after Adam stung him. Now the movie is completely banned in our household. My aunt gave me a bunch of CDs one day and my family went through the massive collection just to make sure the bee movie wasn’t there
