If people are not aware the foreign language audio includes multiple languages like Quechua, Punjabi and Urdu. The Urdu portion translates to "On behalf of the ground people (or people from the ground) we welcome you here." You're welcome.
When he entered the backrooms, apparently the voices with different languages was from when they sent the voyager probe up into space with different languages saying greetings, meaning, frequency-wise you couldnt be further from earth at that point you entered..

I'm so happy that this isn't a movie entirely about mascot horror slop and also that it's not completely without monsters or anything, but they found a good balance.
That's 100% A-Sync, Kane confirmed in his discord a while ago that it's 100% canon to the YouTube series, I'm so freaking hyped for this movie!!!

The fact that the loudspeaker audio is the Voyager spacecraft greetings is bone chilling. Like the backrooms received it and is using it to try and greet us right back.
