The "Alfred is Bruce's real father" can only come from people who don't know fathers who adopted a child. The three fathers i know who adopted a child, love it as their own. Two of them have their own children and don't favour one over the other. For Alfred it is the same. He knew Bruce since his birth, but as his parents died, he stepped in as the father. He saw him grow up, taught him a lot and spent most of his time with him. And children who lost their parents need someone that helps them emotionally. Alfred is Bruce's father, but not his biological one
Alfred has been a apart of the Wayne family since before Bruce was born. Helped raise him. So Bruce is the closest thing to a son that Alfred can get. The whole Martha cheated on Thomas with the butler is nothing but laughable.

I think if we got a standalone Ben Affleck Batman movie it could've fixed Batman v Superman and Suicide Squad. It could add backstory and internal conflict to how unusually violent he is, if that Joker is Robin theory was confirmed it could mean that this Joker is like... That... If the Florence scene were Alfred and Bruce nod to each other was a dream sequence for Alfred to cope with the death of Bruce, then why would Selena Kyle be in that dream? They literally had one interaction and he didn’t even know who she was. She was posing as a waitress for one of Bruce’s parties. And the only other time she was mentioned to Alfred is when Bruce was doing a background check on her in the cave. He had no clue Bruce and Selena became allies.
