Great analysis just wanted to add some notes, when you pressing with 4 players in your attacking third it's normal having gaps behind you.. secondly when you playing with 433 middle shaped this gaps showing huge some moments. Thirdly despite all this facts if Arsenal was playing 343 or 4231 wide shaped things would be totally different. Pep played with the old school style which is tiki taka till the middle third and then direct play after that.. Mixed philosophy let's say. Well for Arsenal their way of pressing has worked more often than not. I watched the entire game. What was crucial is that Arsenal players lost concentration, miscommunication and gave city so much space in a couple of occasions. But its all thanks to Bernardo Silva and Rodri who played excellently. Its all about mentality, city wanted it more and its what lead to Arsenal making the mistakes. I wish more analysts would also go into the build up tactics of the opposing (losing team) also.
