Surprised Bellingham didn't start and Trent's deep passing was utilized early enough. Everybody knew Bayern was going to press man to man. The second half fixes showed this. On another day Bayern could've won 4-1 on another, Madrid could've completed a 3-2 comeback. Two elite sides

So basically Madrid were defending then using the transition which is their only strength pretty much. And when in possession, relying on Trent's long balls. I don't feel like Bayern were as deadly in the attack as I thought they would.
