Today, I sit down with the one and only Kendall Jenner. Kendall is a successful business founder, international supermodel, founder of the incredibly successful tequila brand, 818, and star on the Hulu’s, the Kardashians, which premieres in second season on September 22nd. Kendal shows us a different side of her as she shares how her curiosity for people with brilliant minds and doing so much to give back to the world has eventually led to this interview. Behind the glamor and spotlight, she especially enjoys having some time alone with herself, and she values the importance of setting boundaries and why we should do things that lead to genuine happiness. We talk about her childhood and her love for animals, how the simple things give her the most joys, getting through grief after losing a dear friend, and finding the heart to be more kind to your inner child. Kendall remains grounded and in tune with her inner goddess and not letting negativity and ill intentions change who she is, who she may become, and the purpose she is living by. Jay I don't know how possible this is, but I can imagine a sit down with Keanu Reeves would be a powerful episode of the podcast!
I have never seen Kendall more attentive and happy to be interviewed. You can literally feel her excitement energy through the screen
“If your happiness depends on action of others then you are at mercy of something you can’t control! “ Well said.
This is hands down not only the best interview I’ve seen with Kendall, but in general. She is so comfortable and so genuine. And it’s so nice to see. This was a totally different side of her that I’ve never seen. I learned a lot about her.
“If your happiness depends on the actions of others, you’re at mercy of things that you can’t control” that really resonated with me cause I’m in a situation where my happiness is literally in the hands of someone else and I can’t do anything about it
I hope Kendall does more podcasts like this. She talks in such a beautiful manner and just draws you into a subject
i`m here to improve my English👍 anyone like me?
'' I am not what I think I am, I am not what you think I am, I am what I think you think I am. '' This really stuck with me in the sense of how deeply true it is.
i never understood why people dont like Kendall, she was and still is, so sweet to everyone, she understand her privilege and talk about real issues all the time. she cares about mental health issues since ever, always talk about how she feels but people try to make her look bad just for likes. love you kenny! and thank you jay, this is so important for so many reasons!💕
A moment really hit me hard, was when Kendall was explaining how her psychologist told her to put a picture of her kid self next to the mirror and remember that every time you are being negative about yourself, you are being negative to your inner child. I cried. Thank you for this inspirational video
you can tell she was exited to do this interview, she is way more "herself" here than in other shows
I loved the interview. Some remarks: - It’s unrealistic to be happy all the time. If you’re happy all the time then you won’t know the value when you’re not. - I loved that she has this purpose to help others. As a fellow high sensitive person that makes me the happiest. Also her little tips are definitely welcome! - last but not least: the fact that she has a lot of resources yet still struggles (mental health) is a good reminder that money and power can’t guarantee peace of mind. In that sense life is fair cause everyone has their struggles. Also good reminder that this world is only a temporary place.
I can see that she really fills her own cup first which is such a powerful act of self love. It's all down to striving to become a better person than before and that awakening to realise that it's a process and not a destination. I love the talk. Makes me want to work on myself more than ever. Thanks, Jay and Kendall.
Her comment about having a childhood picture at hand and remember we're talking to that sweet, hopeful child you were. It really resonated with me. I've feeling worthless until I came across a picture of 10 year-old me the other day. Her confidence and spark hit me. I am that powerful, awesome girl, I've always been, and I should continue to be.
Kendall seems incredibly humble and willing and EAGER to learn. I can see so clearly how deeply she listens because she knows that she is receiving wisdom, and she wants to implement it into her life to be the best version of herself that she can be in this current physical expression. I also think it's so endearing how her inner child shines so radiantly through; I can see when she is talking about her own experiences that she doesn't seek for validation or justification, she just adds the segments that ring true to her and her life, to almost give evidence for the topic of conversation or what Jay is saying, perhaps because that enables her to implement these tools of Spirituality into her life that way, also
It is so comforting seeing celebrities like Kendall have the space to be a human being and not just a toy for society to use. Giving the space for humans to be themselves with their own thoughts, emotions and experiences. It is so beautiful connecting with each other on the everyday struggles even when our lives can feel so apart. Thank you Jay and Kendall for creating this space and conversation!
my take aways: 1. Choose yourself and be happy 2. "I'll stop judging myself.." 3. Set boundaries. 4. f*ck validations Great interview.. ❤️❤️❤️
Kendall said correctly “We need to be more kinder towards each other ” and this world would be much better place. It all starts with yourself. Be kind to yourself. Anyone reading this, best wishes with that. We all are in this together.
Her talk on anxiety is way wayyyy more important to me than any psychiatrist who doesn't know what anxiety actually feels like. If you are someone who been through hard times and figured our a way on your own, you know what can fix it, your words are way more useful than any statistics in world of psychology
never thought i could relate to kendall on a same level when it comes to setting boundaries, learning to say NO, prioritizing the self and your own well being and just being on same page of working on ourselves as a person. i love her mentioning about being always in tune with her higher goddess, something i'd like to achieve for myself. this is my first time to listen & watch jay's podcast and i loved every single bit of it! it's really nice to learn something new and be encouraged by positivity being radiated here. ♥️
