Honestly I feel bad for George, he's treated like an afterthought. They don't care for him or his feelings, they just want him for content and a punching bag

The reason why many guests felt comfortable disrespecting George was because Logan and Mike created that type of environment towards him. As soon as he would open his mouth they would ridicule him and then later question why he would hesitate to speak more. Also, I don't think that the guests were able to get under George's skin, but it was his friends' reactions and additional jokes alongside the guests' jokes that hurt him because coming from your own friends (from whom you expect loyalty) can hurt a lot. George was basically being bullied. This just reminds me of being at high-school where nerdy me would hang around with the cool guys and they were just nasty to me and pretended it was a joke. It's bullshit.
