$1million Murder Heist GONE WRONG

Today's No BS Interrogation brings us to Macon, Georgia. Where on October 5, 2012, 58-year-old Gail Spencer was the victim of a brutal home invasion. The perpetrators had a goal in mind that was bigger than anything in Gail's home... It was the escrow accounts at the firm she worked at. The break-in was made possible by Tracy Jones ( the subject of this interrogation), who knocked on Gail's door, made up a story about her car being broken down, and asked to use her bathroom and phone. Once inside, she made the door accessible to her accomplices. Brett Kelly ( INTERROGATION HERE: https://youtu.be/6ZDr_hID_p0 ) and Keith Dozier (INTERVIEW HERE: https://youtu.be/HnF9-i7LfTg) entered Gail's home brandishing a pistol. Once the two men were inside, they tied Gail up, and forced her to hand over her work credentials, passwords, and security tokens needed to authorize wire transfers from the law firm she worked for. Initially they were able to transfer approximately $885,000 into three bank accounts that Courtney had pre-arranged. Later they would execute more transfers bringing the total to $1.3 million. While Courtney Kelly (Interrogation coming soon!) and Tracy Jones were at Gail Spencer's law firm, Brett Kelly and Keith Dozier held Gail hostage... During this time, she was severely beaten and even SA'd... With paranoia growing, it was decided to end Gail Spencer's life. To delay the investigation process, they turned the thermostat down to 58 degrees to slow decomposition, poured bleach all over her body, stole her car and her cell phone. They impersonated Gail via text to her boss saying that she was sick and wouldn't make it to work. Eventually, the house of cards crumbled when one of the failed recruits for the plan went to police and told them what they believed happened. Detectives brought Brett Kelly, among many others in for questioning... This is the FULL Interrogation of Brett Kelly. (SPOILERS BELOW) Tracy Jones pleaded guilty to felony murder and was also sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole. In May of 2013 Brett Kelly pleaded guilty to murder to avoid the death penalty, he was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole. Keith Dozier rejected his plea deal, and after a jury trial, he was found guilty of malice murder, felony murder, and aggravated assault. He was sentenced to life in prison without parole + 20 years. Courtney Kelly pleaded guilty to felony murder, she was sentenced to life in prison WITH the possibility of parole, due to the fact that she was not present at the house during the murder.
