I just don't get Matt Rife would accept a damn makeup commercial while he's actively trying to get away from his female fan base 😂😂😂

I'm so so disappointed in ELF. It isn't just them using Matt Rife in a commercial even though he was a horrible choice all around to work with. It's the fact they so clearly are utilizing rage bait marketing with the whole "all press is good press" mentality. It's so low and distasteful. I'll never ever buy from a brand who markets themselves this way.

As a woman who works in corporate America, often we do speak up. But those with power don't care. 100% someone at E.L.F said something, but no one listened to that person because they were not high enough up to matter.

Its one thing to do a rage bait marketing, its another to hire someone who makes fun of women for a product that is mainly used by women.

The elf thing hurts to see. I own so much of their products. As soon as I use them up, I will be replacing them with other brands.

The ELF thing pisses me off so bad. I DID use their makeup to cover the bruises so to see that theyre ok with it completely disappointed me. I even already started swapping to different brands due to them standing behind him and not giving an actual apology.

i actually dont dislike the Sab album as much as expected, bc i was expecting more country vibes and straight girl music lol, but only like 2 songs i was like ehhh and the others were good, specifically when did you get hot, tears, and house tour !!

I kinda of dont understand the upset with the album cover. Its clearly a play on words. Sometimes art is ment to make you uncomfortable because the situation being depicted is unpleasant and sadly common. I honestly really don't like Sabrina Carpenter’s music at all but i can still understand the point. Art is ment to make you feel something. That doesn't mean its going to be a nice feeling

i feel like the idea behind sabrina’s album cover doesn’t come across the way she wanted because the music just isn’t good enough and it doesn’t have that depth that it should have. it’s generic, and about a generic topic which i’m sure is why so many people relate, but i just don’t think it’s anything revolutionary and certainly doesn’t need the cover to be what it is.

People who say that all of Sabrina Carpenters songs sound the same, so do every single rock bands songs from the 70s 80s and 90s. Those artists found a rhythm and sound and stuck with it for multiple albums. Bon Jovi, Def leppard, Kiss, Ac/DC, Black Sabboth etc. Its no different, people just want to hate her because shes either a women, or not taylor swift.

Super disappointed with e.l.f been using them for years and love a lot of their products, but sadly, I won’t repurchase them anymore. I declutter all of my make up stuff. The only things I have kept was there makeup cleansing balm the watermelon 🍉 collection and eye cream because I was running low, but after that, I won’t buy from them again. 😞 Edit PS on the make up cleansing balm didn’t like it’s not the same as the original. If anyone can recommend me a good cleansing balm let me know. Thank you.
