just to point out, you can be such and such limited in america as well. the difference between inc and limited is that a company with "inc" is incorporated, meaning it is a corporation (c corp, s corp, etc) where as one with "limited" is a limited liability company or an LLC. and LLC isn't a corporation as it isn't incorporated, but it has certain benefits over sole proprietor companies (like, limited liability) if a company is a corporation it needs to include inc or corp or the like while llcs need include limited or llc or the like.
This needs to be a weekly series.
