As a Munster supporter I'm gutted for Leinster I was hoping they would do it . They have a great team I don't know what they can do but they need to make some sort of change to give them an extra 10% they need to win these finals .

Crazy how everyone blames the coach whose got them to 5 finals but no one calls out the lack of quality at 10. They are desperate for someone like finn Russell to guide them through games and create chances. Spencer has been sensational for bath, but their main reason for winning silverware is Russell who creates so many chances. Exactly what leinster are missing

They really need a top 10 who can control and dictate games. Take the ball to the line. They need a new defense coach. That rushed defence ain't working against the best teams. Then the coaching staff maybe needs a revamp. They have got alot of top players. O Gara maybe?

Youngs doesn't know what he's talking about. Irish teams have the strictest rules when recruiting from overseas, they just aren't allowed recruit more than 3 players.

In 35 min Frawley showed that he should have been the starting 10, terrible management by leinster by not giving him a proper chance at 10 during the season and now he is leaving. Maybe joey carbery will be an upgrade

It's a bit hard on Leinster. No team has been in the top 2 as long as them. I think a cold damp weekend might have bode better for Ulster and Leinster. That said the game swings and is very much favoring attacking rugby at present. French rugby is surely the strongest in the world right now when considering clubs and country. What's fantastic for France is that all clubs are on the same page. Whereas Ireland and some English clubs haven't read the memo. The game has truly changed. Not just in unimportant games but for silverware where everything is on the line we're seeing try fests!

It’s the coaching is the problem. These are great players nowadays, so much so that despite the poor coaching team at Leinster, these players, with their quality, still managed to reach the European final. But they lost because of bad coaching and bad management

We’ve lost our way trying to chase the Heineken Cup at all costs. Time to get back to our DNA, focus on the URC, and bring in fresh coaches with fresh ideas to get back to developing our young talent. That’s how we improve.

I have no real evidence, but I feel the Irish internationals at Leinster do not play together enough. When you look at their team sheet for league matches, tends to always be the second string. The talent is dedinitely there - stacked is an understatement for that 23 - lions on and off the bench as well.

They need a hard running 12 and a couple of mean bastards in the back 5 … maybe those Nigerian born brothers at Munster or another Saffa lock or two from the Bulls to assist Snyman coz Ryan /McCarthy are not hard nosed enough … Leinster/Ireland’s game model needs quick ball to have those dynamic rucks and short passing game,attack shape they love…without it they don’t have the pace , physicality nor skill to hurt the bigger body teams..fortunately for Irish fans ..Farrell as a tribally unbiased foreigner, has picked that up with Ireland and made some personnel changes at 12 ,14 while blooding new faces in the back 5…the only problem area now is the front row and a possible injury to Gibson Park

For all Leinsters faults the French teams just seem to have an advantage in this competition now over ALL the other nations. A mix of money and more teams to draw from really seems to help them in this competition. Zero Scottish or Welsh teams have won and too few from England. It tells you everything.

The strategy utilised by Leinster is predictable. There are not enough flair. Défense won it for UBB. The Leinster team is aging. Maybe there is one team too many in Irland? Leinster set up is very good, there are in the final! But then they need to change more players and the playing philosophy...so the coach has to be changed

Too many people over reacting. On the day well beaten & by 1/2 time but Leinster are not finished. BTW only 2 foreign players for Leinster 5/6 for UBB. The 10 position is not resolved & DS had a poor game plus the heat (a factor for Leinster’s style). Tactics weren’t right for conditions & players need the licence to break from the possession formula. Leinster’s demise is greatly exaggerated. This year they weren’t playing their best & were not expected to win but I’m confident the 🏆 is only 2 or 3 years away. Ppl are assuming UBB will stay the pace at the top. That is hard to do and few manage it. They might but LT I’m not s sure once their current generation talent ages!
